Wolves Home Opener Set for Oct. 3

The Chicago Wolves have set eight guaranteed home games for the 2009-10 season, including the franchise's 16th home opener, which will take place at the Allstate Arena on Saturday, October 3.

The following seven guaranteed home dates have also been announced:

Sat., Oct. 17
Wed., Nov. 25
Sat., Nov. 28
Sat., Dec. 19
Sat., Jan. 2
Wed., Jan. 13
Sat., Jan. 30


The entire 80-game schedule, along with opponents and times, will be released later this summer.

"We're anxious to get back on the ice and to our winning ways," said Wolves President Mike Polisky.  "We're just four months away from what we know will be another memorable season."
