Ebbett Recalled by Vancouver

The Vancouver Canucks have recalled center Andrew Ebbett from the Chicago Wolves.

The 30-year-old forward tallied 3 assists and 4 points in three games with the Wolves after rejoining the team on Feb. 19. He has notched 9 points (3G, 6A) during a six-game point streak dating back to Dec. 30.

The Calgary, Alberta, native ranks third on Chicago with 17 assists and 25 points in 32 games this season. He also has skated in five games with the Canucks this season after joining the team once the National Hockey League lockout concluded.

EBBETT skated in 18 NHL games with Vancouver last season, posting five goals and six points.

The Wolves open a four-game road trip against the Texas Stars at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 1, at Cedar Park Center. For more information, or to buy tickets to Wolves home games, visit chicagowolves.com or call 1-800-THE-WOLVES.
